Rental Rewards Program

We are introducing a new rental rewards program for all tenants that pay on the first of the month. Names will be entered in a draw for a chance to win one of three prizes per month.

$50 gift card.
$20 gift card.
$10 coffee card.

The names of the winning tenants will be posted at each mail box each month and on our website www.atlaspropertiestbay.com under the heading "winning". Then in December we will have a draw for a 42" TV and any tenant that has paid their rent on or before the first of every month all year is eligible.

Eligibility requirements:

1. Rent needs to be received by 3pm on or before the first to be eligible.

2. Rent payments made by cheque, money order or e-transfer are eligible only, cash payments are not eligible. If you are interested in paying your rent by e-transfer please contact Anita at (807)472-1639 for details.
